Hi, I’m Christianne, and it’s good to have you here.

I founded McMillen Virtual Assistant after nearly 20 years in the electronic security industry, working across sales support, B2B account management, key accounts, and sales leadership. Over that time, I’ve gained a clear understanding of how businesses actually run and where things tend to get stuck.

I’m also a small business owner and a Mum, so I understand the reality of juggling work, life, and everything in between. That perspective shapes how I work. Practical, calm, and focused on what genuinely helps.

Based in Birmingham, I’m a Virtual Assistant Birmingham businesses trust, supporting clients locally and remotely across the UK and Europe. I specialise in supporting Mums in business, alongside entrepreneurs and small business owners.
